[gnugo-devel] GNU Go 3.2 release candidate

At ftp://sporadic.stanford.edu/pub/gnugo-3.2-rc1.tar.gz you
will find the GNU Go 3.2 release candidate.

If I haven't made any mistake, this file can be simply
renamed gnugo-3.2.tar.gz and put up at ftp.gnu.org. We'll
wait a day or so before doing this, so please look it
over and see if there are any files that are missing
or shouldn't be there, and if it builds OK for you.

The Handtalk games are omitted because I was unable
to contact Jessie Annala for permission to use them.
They are of course in the CVS.
