The rc1 compiles and runs all the regression tests without problems on 
Mac OS X.

BTW, you may want to simplify the explanations for building on Mac OS X 
at http://www.gnu.org/software/gnugo/, there is no need for any 
incantations, gnugo configures and compiles just fine out of the box.
