The following patches removes these (innocuous) warnings.

(never used trevor_3_2.1)
You'll want to set up regress.plx as a cgi program.
You may want to only run regress.pl on reading.tst when testing regress.plx.
That will make things go a bit speedier. When regress.plx is run the first
time, it creates a summary index based on all the regress.pl output. This
can take several seconds.
i.e. run regress.pl as follows:
regress.pl -verbose 1 reading.tst
