[gnugo-devel] sgf patch fixes

currently i've done the following:
  - sgffile_enddump needs filename again (gtp mode uses filename again
    as well). should be no more warnings, since it was the only
    function with void parameter list.
  - removed unused variable and parameter from
    load_and_analyze_sgf_file().
  - decide_.. functions no longer build trees if no filename was
    supplied with -o option.

about --printsgf:
  - do we need filename after this option? doesn't -o option do here?
  - should i add output of PL and IL tags as it was in previous
    implementation?
