[gnugo-devel] persistent caches in own file

I've put up a patch at
http://www.lysator.liu.se/~gunnar/gnugo/patches/gunnar_3_9.14

That patch moves the persistent cache code from reading.c and owl.c to
a new file persistent.c. This has no dramatic immediate effects but
improves the potential for later improvements to all persistent caches
at once. It may also make implementing a persistent connection cache
look like a smaller task than before. :-)

Trevor, persistent.c needs to be added to the VC project files.
