This is indeed an issue.  I don't think it is one we have looked at
specifically much, mostly because gnugo has other very large problems.
Fundamentally, it is a difficult issue.  Eventually, we want gnugo to
understand why the play is appropriate or inappropriate, not just be told.
If you have specific positions that you have observed, those would be very
helpful.  In general, we find positions where gnugo makes large mistakes
very helpful.

A saved sgf of the game, plus the relevant move number and any comments,
would be great.
