I agree with turning off the breakin code below level 10. However, I
really wonder whether it is worth to turn off the superstring stuff
at low levels at all, as it gives so little benefit. (Your figures
agree with testing I had done quite a while ago.) But that's a 3.5 issue
I suggest.
