Despite the absence of Go++ and MF, this is still
a reasonably strong field of opponents.

Among the competition, I believe that Aya,
GoAhead, Go Intellect and SmartGo are programs
that have beat GNU Go in the past, either in
tournaments or in the ladder. The programs Neurogo
and Indigo are (I think) still under active
development and have done well in recent tournaments.

I think your instructions were to play at level
12. If this was done I believe this was the first
tournament where we did this.

I also note that GNU Go seems to have started back
up in the ratings on NNGS. The change in the derivative
of the rating graph seems to have coincided with the
release of 3.5.2 on Nov. 5.
