[Gnumed-bugs] failure of 1.3.3 to show current encounter in Overview?

Hi

A patient in whom I had a previous encounter

        -April 18

was today activated, I then moved to another patient, I then came back to the 
patient seen April 18 and was prompted did I wish to continue the current (May 
3) encounter, I picked continue but I notice in the Overview


first: 2013 Apr 18
last: 2013 Apr 18

which does not seem to be any failure of refresh, since I had left and then 
returned to the patient.

is it the fact that the 2nd encounter is current or that it contains today's 
date that prevents the updating in the overview?
