In a way … yes … but only because I myself misunderstood.

I believed yours was an offer to adjust the code so that under certain 
conditions the current encounter would, in GNUmed future, be able to appear 
listed as the "last" activity.

on rereading your original and your last reply, I am realizing you were only 
offering or suggesting to alter the labelling text

        last

and not the data-based content of the line.

It occurred to me that we might re-label this entire information area, in the 
Overview, from

        Activity

to

        Past activity

however doing so creates dissonance from items in the waiting list, which are 
not "Past activity".

Maybe we should just leave it the way it is. I think my concern about user 
failure to be aware of a visit is covered off by the fact that on activating 
the patient, the user is presented with the GNUmed dialog

        This patient's chart was worked on only recently …
