gmScanMedDocs in test-area/blobs_hilbert/scan/

- now converted to using sizers instead of absolute
  positioning (Sebastian Hilbert)
- still rather ugly aesthetically - please fix if you can,
  needs SetSizeHints() for example
- prepared for becoming a full-page notebook plugin for GnuMed
  but not quite there yet
- possibly "finishable" for OSHCA conference
