Yes,  but there are a few place that mention improvements in a next release. 
This release is here now. So the redo_v2 and upgrade_db stuff is optional now 
as it is handled by the new bootstrap_latest script. In summary 
bootstrap-latest is nothing more than a wrapper scrippt calling all the above 
scripts.


The dh-install_gnumed_server script in turn is another wrapper script which 
additionally to calling bootstrap-latest.sh prepares the system by installing 
all dependencies. But only on Debian and maybe Ubuntu.
