[Gnumed-devel] Release 0.4-rc5

I have uploaded this new Release Candidate for testing:

While the code has not changed I upped the version to rc5 to reflect that the 
package contains different files than rc4

The server package for openSUSE and the like now switched to silent mode. This 
means a password for gm-dbo user is provided in the config files.

The password is 'gm-dbo'

If you are upgrading from earlier versions of GNUmed server make sure you set 
the bootstrap process to interactive or change the password in the config 
files if you want a silent bootstrap.
