Well, that does seem to capture the gist of it.
Unfortunately, the Polish seems to lack umlauts (I do
believe the z in schorzenia needs a "v" on top of it).

Not actually speaking Polish fluently I think I understand
this to literally translate to
"not have $data (of) this problem (of) health"
which seems to apply just as well. Exactly because of this
ambiguity is it important to let native speakers decide.
