[Gnumed-devel] gnumed client 1.9

Hi
I installed recent version on win7 and win xp.
On win 7, client fails to run. It runs in compatibility mode of xp spII. The 
old issue of reverting to local default work profile and failure to detect 
local database and pointing towards demo online database is still there. On xp, 
updating database to recent v16 failed. Desperate attempt to bootstrap database 
also does not work.
