Ah I think I found something.
https://translations.launchpad.net/gnumed/+configure-translations
indicates that you need to become member of the Launchpad translators team (which maybe you even cannot) or I need to create a GNUmed translator team and assign you to the team.
I have read that unless you do this your translations will automaticall be treated as suggestions and can be approved by e.g. me.
