I just realized that

        clin.table.lab-request

is missing an important column, namely

        copy_to

in which to specify

1) for outgoing (internally generated requests) - the other clinicians to whom
we desire and authorize the lab to send copies, and

2) for incoming results whose request did not emanate from GNUMed (say, having
originated on paper, or from some outside praxis) --> to "copy in" to this
column the incoming information available from the HL7 segment

        OBR 028 Result Copies To

Hopefully we agree it is important, when handling a result, to be clear on
which other clinicians also involved in the patient's care also have access to
this same result.

Can I put this in Launchpad as a

        schema column add

request? Or is it not agreed to (or is it already done)?
