*******************
 PID (Patient ID)
*******************
A lab *might*

        - incorrectly report a patient sex / gender as M or F
        - or otherwise report a patient sex gender differently than GNUmed
for example, that they did not establish the patient sex ( U =
Unknown)

Some of this kind of information can be part of the matching criteria in the
match table. Accordingly, anything decided in the coding to be important enough
to prevent an "auto-match" would have to have been seen by a responsible
human so I am satisfied that in the "Patient ID" segments we will have in
GNUmed adequate capacity for Patient ID review.
