All,

The GNUstep changes to the code are in.  Sorry for the long wait for these
changes, but I've been extremely busy. 

Tube and GnuSpeech.app both compile just fine, as does Monet.app.   I still
have some additional work to do on Monet, but that mainly consists of creating
the UI using .gorm files (GNUstep cannot currently read .nibs).
