is Gorm still under development?

I noticed that the Gorm link was desensitized at:

I have it from before, and while it builds, I am not sure exactly how it
is supposed to work.

Is it still undergoing active development, or is it looking to be
adopted?

I think it could become extremely useful to others looking for a good
GUI builder,
