Read the data sheets? And remember, there are a bunch of different
RTK methods, all incompatible. So first you need to decide where
your correction ata will come from, then be compatible with that.

Depends. If you base and rover are both ZED-F9P, then sure. But
many public RTCM3 feeds are not u-bloz compatible.
