Adopt my patch!

Dear Guix,

I have had much time to contribute recently, but I should be able to
contribute a bit more from now on.

Before sending some new patch, I checked the issue tracker for this that
I might have sent and… totally forgotten about! … again!

So, here is [#53046][]. The v4 still applies and fixes the build
All the dependent packages build successfully, except `gitless` which
seems to be broken for another reason.

I don't actually use `python-args`, but Mamba, which I use on many
projects, unfortunately depends on it!
