Right, lttng-ust can be used by other packages.
There were some unaddressed TODOs in absolute-inclusions.scm, the
attached absolute-icnlusion.scm addresses them.  But aside from that,
it looks good to me.  FWIW, I can confirm that lttng-tools builds.
