I do not know the reason, but I realized now that if you download
the Chinese .po file you get now
"gnu-health-health_icd10-zh_Hans.po". Are you sure that you
uploaded your file as zh_CN.po? Could it be that you maybe
uploaded a file "zh_Hans"?
My command works a week ago...
Maybe you could try to make a change to your file and upload the
changed file vie the weblate inteface (Files - upload translation)
and see what happens. Or you could try to rename your file as
zh_CN.po and upload it with your command, just to see if this
solves the problem.
uploading zh_CN.po with weblate UI works well.
By the way, did you realize that e.g. U070 "Vaping-related
disorder" is still untranslated within
"gnu-health-health_icd10-zh_Hans.po"? Did you translate it in your
file?
No, icd10 Chinese translation use "GB/T 14396-2016"
