I tried this grammar with the current Bison, and get this:
/tmp % LC_ALL=C bis EX5.Y
EX5.Y:1178: symbol Add2DateStatement is used, but is not defined as a token and
has no rules
but no core. I doubt that previous versions of Bison dumped core on
this kind of errors, but who knows. Maybe fixing this issue will avoid
the problem.
