Please excuse the delay.
Your patch didn't cleanly apply to the bison-2.1 sources (several chunks 
failed), so I decided to try the latest CVS sources instead. I got the bison 
sources from CVS yesterday, verified that your yydestruct/%parse-params patch 
was in there, bootstrapped, and built: I _can_ confirm that it works fine for 
me, I already removed my sed hack from my Makefiles (this hack appended the 
%parse-params to yydestruct()).
