It is apparently intentional, but there was some discussion about bringing into the line of the C-parser. It is Akim writing on this C+ + parser. I do not know the state of the matter.

Hello--

I notice that the parser generated by bison for C has the following
exception:

/* As a special exception, when this file is copied by Bison into a
Bison output file, you may use that output file without restriction.
This special exception was added by the Free Software Foundation
in version 1.24 of Bison. */

But no such exception is generated when you use the %skeleton
"lalr1.cc"... is this intentional? Is there some reason for the
difference?
