Problems with Connections to Cfengine Server

Hello.

We recently began having problems with clients connecting to our
Cfengine server. We CAN ping the cfengine server and the "cfd" daemon
IS running on both the server and the clients. However, when trying to
pull down a copy of our inputs directory (as one example), we get the
error listed below. Has anyone seen this before? Any help would be
appreciated. I am fairly new to some of the Cfengine problems since our
regular adminstrator is out on
medical leave.
