Hello,
I download rsh.exe from the web and put it in emacs/bin dir on
windows m/c.
I'm not able to connect to a remote m/c as i keep getting this error
M-x rsh
Open rsh connection to host: -l sivaramn myhost "pwd"
I get a buffer with the following
rsh host [-l user] cmd
Process rsh- -l sivaramn myhost "pwd" finished
rsh host [-l user] cmd
Process rsh- -l sivaramn myhost "pwd" finished
I noticed too, that the modeline has (Telnet: no process) on it.
I dont u'stand that either as i'm able to telnet from my NT box to a
remote
m/c. Has anyone got this to work?
I dont want to install cygwin, as i'm running short of space.....
regards,
Sivaram
