I had meant NT in the generic sense, e.g, NT + win2K.

I didn't know that :-(  I compiled this version on Win2K server.
Previously I compiled on 2k professional and it worked on server
but the server compiled version doesn't work on proffesional.

Sorry to waste everyone's time and bandwidth.  If there is a
genuine interest I can compile versions for 2k professionl or win
98.
