Re: tty debocle

OS=windows
emacs version =27.1

Need: to be able to open a *shell* and run the following command
  > tty.exe

Here is what currently happens when i do this.
c:\Users\MyName>tty
tty
not a tty

I don't think I understand the question.  How about if you describe
what you did and what you wanted to do, but couldn't?
