[Help-glpk] glpk(mex) from matlab / Snow Leopard

Dear All,

I am trying desperately to get glpkmex to work on my MacBook pro running Snow Leopard.

I have installed glpk 4.41 using MacPorts.

When I try to run makeglpkmex from inside Matlab (2009b) I get the following:

>> makeglpkmex.m

Was glpk complied with gmp? Y/N [N]: y

attempting to run: 

mex -largeArrayDims -I/opt/local/include glpkcc.cpp /opt/local/lib/libglpk.a /opt/local/lib/libgmp.a

    mex:  glpkcc.cpp  not a normal file or does not exist.

??? Error using ==> mex at 221

Unable to complete successfully.

Error in ==> makeglpkmex at 182

eval(['mex ' cmd]);

Please help.
