RE: add last-modified field for new PR

I am using GNATS 4.0-pre (=3.999.1). Currently, the "new" pr just created
only has Arrival-Date. Only after you make change to the pr, then the
Last-Modified date will be added on. I am looking for a way to add the
Last-Modified date for the "new" pr.

The field is readonly and not to be edited by users (and hence should
not be present in the initial-entry section).
