[Help-gnu-radius] mysql and gnu radius

Hello List,

I'm using gnu-radiusd 0.96 with mysql 3.23.47 with -log for replication
on RedHat 7.2(i386).  About twice a second, radius.log shows:

Feb 12 11:09:11: Acct.info: login: entry for NAS xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx port
824 duplicate
Feb 12 11:09:11: Acct.crit: CHILD: exit on signal (11)

and then it repeats (with a diff port, and possibly nas IP).

At first, I blamed it on gcc 2.96 that shipped with RedHat.  I
proceeded to upgrade to 3.0.3.  Problem still occurred.  I then
downgraded to 2.95.3 and the problem still occurred.  
I've also tested hardware, replaced parts, etc, with no solution.

It seems to be affecting our accounting, however authentication is
working decently.  


Any ideas/solutions would be greatly appricated.
