[Help-gnu-radius] Accounting Problem

hello,

i'm using gnu-radius-0.96. As NAS there is an Ascend Max4000.
Authentification works fine but sometimes i get two accounting stop entries 
which are the same.
This is from my detail file (User-Name and NAS-IP-Address are equal)
