Currently radius is in the process of major rewrite. Fork-based
version is being replaced by a thread-based one. So, the latest
CVS version is to be considered unstable. All the bugs discovered
so far have been fixed in version 0.96.1 which is available via
anonymous ftp from

          alpha.gnu.org/gnu/radius/gnu-radius-0.96.1.tar.gz
