Dear GNU SASL developers,
I just proopsed a patch for Libidn and noted that there is a similar
issue with GNU SASL, too.
The problem is that there are missing Libs.private entries in
the *.pc.in file, causing build failures on static linking.
The attached patch fixes this issue, without affecting non-static
builds in any way.
