chromaprint: fpcalc missing

The chromaprint commandline tool "fpcalc" to compute fingerprints is
missing.

I believe passing the CMAKE argument

        -DBUILD_TOOLS=ON

would be enough.

I guess it would be a nice fit for a separate output.
