[Help-smalltalk] Versions 1.95.6 (stable) and 1.96.1 (devel) released

The most important thing in this releases (apart from bug fixes) is that
the syntax #(abc) for symbols is now obsoleted -- the stable release will 
flag a warning, while the devel release will refuse it and instead will
parse #(true false nil) as per the ANSI standard. All the source code has
been fixed accordingly.

In 1.96.1 the NetworkClients package (based on SmallWalker -- once I
finish it it could be possible to add some compatibility with VW) is
starting to take shape; POP3 works and everything has been namespaced.

I hope to release 2.0 in Q1 2002.
