www.scriptics.com exists, I can even ping it..

Looks like their web server is down at the moment :(

They are the definitive source, you may try searching for "tcl81.dll"
on http://www.google.com or the like..

.cvspass can optionally store your pserver password for you,
.cvsrc can optionally store the flags to the cvs CLI that you like
.cvsignore I don't usually use, check out http://www.cvshome.org
for general CVS docs.
