Error adding file to existing repository

Hi
In your case,since you made a mistake tagging the
first time,you can delete the tag and make the tag
again with the missing file included.Ofcourse you
should not make this a practice as this defeats the
purpose of making the tag in the first place.

Delete the tag using 
cvs tag -d 'tagname'
