Yes, indeed, I would explicitly specify an exaustive list using the
full spelling of these names. If I really wanted pattern matching, I'd
rather do it on the suffix: *.OSF1, *.IRIX, *.NT. Which gives you list
just as long, but if you ever introduce lib.OSF1, lib.SunOS, ... you are
covered.
