CVS Client for OpenVMS 7.2-1

I am looking for a viable Source Code Version Control System for the HP-Alpha/OpenVMS (v7.2) platform.  We have some internal CVS expertise at corporate running on Linux (or we might host at our location on Windows server).  However, I need a client to run on OpenVMS 7.2-1 which is platform needing source code version control.  I have searched  many days and found several links (mostly dead or outdated) and discussions, but I can  not find the actual client software that is referred to.  While we are searching our DEC/Compaq/HP material for a suggested DECUS or HP resource cd(s), can anyone provide this information as a download or emailed (if small).  We expect the VMS platform to live for about the next 2-4- years.
