PGG and Gnus 5.10.6?

I just upgraded to NT Emacs 21.3.1 and Gnus 5.10.6.  Now I'm trying to
run PGG.  I use Windows Privacy Tray (http://winpt.sourceforge.net/en/,
http://www.stud.uni-hannover.de/~twoaday/winpt.html) 0.9.4rc1 and GnuPG
1.2.4, stored in the Windows Privacy Tray directory (as C:/Program
Files/Windows Privacy Tray/GnuPG/gpg.exe).

I put (require 'pgg) in my .emacs.  I then tried (setq load-path (nconc
load-path (list "c:/Program\ Files/Windows\ Privacy\ Tools/GnuPG/")))
and (setq load-path (nconc load-path (list "c:/Program Files/Windows
Privacy Tools/GnuPG/"))), but neither were sufficient to help PGG find
gpg.  

Suggestions?
