nnimap was rewritten, and GSSAPI fell off the wagon.  I meant to
re-implement it, but I guess I forgot again.  I'll try to get it done
this time...

Thanks for the update. Is there anything I can do to help this happen quicker? I'm not a completely awful Emacs Lisp programmer.
