It should be possible to have circulation slips (e.g., item loan receipts) be
printed automatically instead of requiring the operator to manually hit the
print slip button.

One question to be answered is how this might be accomplished - since Koha is a
web app, presumably automatic printing that doesn't require the operator to
initiate or confirm each print run would have to be done via a lot of
JavaScript, and possibly a helper application on the client side.
