At least AM_PROG_LIBTOOL is for compatibility with the current
official release of GNU automake.  I don't know for sure about the
others.  Please make sure your patch works not only with the CVS
versions of GNU automake and autoconf, but also with the latest
releases.  Warnings printed by CVS versions are ok if there's no way
to avoid them without breaking the stable tools.
