Err, this patch only changes libtools behavior with regard to -framework, I 
was under the impression that libtool not accepting unknown arguments was a 
"feature" that had been decided upon before I started sending patches to the 
project.

Anyway, since -framework is not in branch-1-5, no, I will not be backporting 
anything :)
