Hmm.  In CVS, doc/Makefile.am and tests/Makefile.am are not removed by
this patch.  OTOH, tests/objectlist.test is not new on this branch.

Given that this is not the first time we experience weird things, might
I suggest there be some bugs in the CVS <-> tla gateway?  Esp when CVS
branches are involved?

Other than that, thanks a lot for backporting!

BTW, Eric Blake's two patches are still missing on branch-2-0.  I would
have committed them already, but had thought you'd put them in your
backport.  Want me to do it?
