Well, you can just download Libtool 2.4 from
<http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/libtool>, extract and build it on your systems.
Whichever systems that are.  If you hit one that we don't support (yet),
come back and complain.  We will then work with you to add support for
that system as well.

"We support everything!"  ;-)
